**Arrangements have been made for each individual to pay for their room, tax, and incidental charges upon departure. No advanced deposit required, however the credit card on file may be charged 1 night’s room and tax 48 hours prior to arrival, the cancellation period. Upon check in guests’ credit cards will be authorized for room, tax, and incidentals. Incidental amount, which is 30% of guest’s stay (minimum of $100.00), will be released upon checkout if no additional charges are incurred. Release of incidental hold takes up to 7 business days depending on your financial institution. All cancellations and no-shows will be billed when a room is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
